The vote for the 2026 Board Game Arena Awards has officially ended, and the results are in.
Over the past few weeks, you have had the opportunity to choose from various categories, from heavy strategy games to light-hearted casual ones. You played, you voted and the choice in now final. The competition was really close, with some categories coming down to just a few votes, showing how amazing all the entries were. But we are thrilled to reveal this year’s winners!
Here are your champions across five categories, from the games released in 2025:
Best 2-Player Game: Toy Battle
A fast-paced, friendly game where you use cards to organize your toy armies and compete in strategic battles. The game combines colorful artwork, simple mechanics, and tactical decision-making, making it accessible and fun for all.

Best brainteaser game: Orapa Mine
Time to mine! Locate gemstones in Orapa Mine, the world’s largest diamond mine. Send ultrasonic waves deep into the ground and analyze the signals that return to determine the position and condition of the gemstones. Use deduction to find the mineral locations to win!
Special Award: Board Game Arena Team Winner – Toy Battle
It was a tight score but ultimately Toy Battle won the heart of the Board Game Arena team. Bridging genres and offering a perfect mix of simplicity and strategy, Toy Battle brought a smile to everyone at BGA. And stay tuned as we have more news coming for that fantastic game.

Glasovanje za nagrade ** Board Game Arena Awards** za leto 2026 se je uradno končalo in rezultati so tu.
V preteklih nekaj tednih ste imeli priložnost izbirati med različnimi kategorijami, od zahtevnih strateških iger do lahkotnih priložnostnih iger. Igrali ste, glasovali ste in izbira je zdaj dokončna. Konkurenca je bila res tesna, saj so se nekatere kategorije zbrale le v nekaj glasovih, kar kaže na to, kako neverjetni so bili vsi prispevki. Vendar smo navdušeni, da lahko razkrijemo letošnje zmagovalce!

Najboljša igra za dva igralca: Bitka igrač
Hitra in prijazna igra, v kateri s kartami organizirate svoje igračke vojske in tekmujete v strateških bitkah. Igra združuje barvito grafiko, preprosto mehaniko in taktično odločanje, zaradi česar je dostopna in zabavna za vse.

Najboljša redna igra: Ceh trgovskih raziskovalcev
Ste ambiciozen raziskovalec, ki riše poti po neznanih deželah, odkriva zaklade in povezuje oddaljena mesta, vse to z resnim okusom za zlato. Vsak nov zemljevid je mešanica pametne strategije in prijetnega "aha!".

Najboljša igra za strokovnjake: Galactic Cruise
Pozabite na junaško vesoljsko preganjanje ali medgalaktične boje, Galactic Cruise je evroigra, ki temelji na nameščanju delavcev in upravljanju virov. Kljub približno 12 edinstvenim akcijam ostaja precej dostopna s presenetljivo preprostostjo dejanj.

Čas je za kopanje! Poiščite drage kamne v rudniku Orapa, največjem rudniku diamantov na svetu. Pošljite ultrazvočne valove globoko v zemljo in analizirajte signale, ki se vrnejo, da določite položaj in stanje dragih kamnov. Uporabite odbitek, da poiščete lokacije mineralov in zmagate!
Posebna nagrada: Zmagovalec ekipe Board Game Arena – Bitka igrač
Rezultat je bil tesen, a na koncu je Toy Battle osvojil srce ekipe Board Game Arena. Toy Battle je premostil žanre in ponudil popolno mešanico preprostosti in strategije ter nasmejal vse pri BGA. Ostanite z nami, saj imamo še več novic o tej fantastični igri.
