I didn't get a prompt to use Greedy Prospector, nor could I use him by just clicking him in the timing window of "after you use a scoundrel to gain or steal money". with Cruel Doctor, my only option was to use my Energetic Automaton (arrow follow-up, activates when scoundrel on the right or left activates) and I couldn't use the Greedy Prospector.
