Fix the bug that prevents using 2-feature cards if the second feature can't be used due to insufficient funds!
It cannot prevent people to use the first feature or trigger arrow cards adjacent to them. In fact, there are many cards that you can click on even if the action can't be performed (somehow those that help you pay for nothing, or if you don't have enough rep and don't receive money, which by the way is an unfulfilled condition, or if you have more than $4 but you still click on the card that would've given you a bonus otherwise, just to activate an arrow card attached to it). In all of these cases the card is not prevented from being played, so it sure shouldn't in case of a 2-feature card (when both features give you smth, the first one without a condition, and the second one with: in that case only the first part is played, and the second is not because the condition is not fulfilled, but the card is nonetheless activated)

Ok, "92%" and "lower middle card" was enough to guess it was Cruel Advisor. However please include scoundrel name to a bug report.
The "optional job" logic was applied to the following traits:
Generous (boardgamearena.com/bug?id=118068)
Cruel (To use, send 1 of your henchmen to jail and gain $1.)
Bold (+$1 modifier)
Charming (Use, then discard from the Saloon. Gain 1 reputation.)
Loyal (Use, then discard from the Saloon. Free 1 of your henchmen.)
Lucky (+$1 modifier)
Wealthy (+$1 modifier)

Hey, yes I believe I gave enough info the first time around and I'm glad you figured it out. Besides, I had no idea this is a conversation and wasn't notified about any questions, so I had no clue you were waiting for an answer. My game is in Russian so I have no way to tell what exactly the cards are called given the specific vocabulary, that's why I give the exact location and time, as well as the feature description, so that it can't be mistaken for another card. (However, for the latest bug I reported I googled the closest translation to avoid confusion, cause the card wasn't working for the whole game and the result has to be annuled).

I believe the 2-feature cards were fixed, as that's what I found in another thread:

The explanation you included here is confusing.
What are you referring to?
I think, all the 2-feature cards have to be fixed, since the absence of the requirement for the second feature shouldn't prevent a player to play the first one (e.g. if the card says 'receive $4' and then the lower part says 'send a henchman to jail to receive $4', the card has to be activated despite the fact that you don't have a henchmen for the second benefit, cause nothing prevents you from getting the first $4 according to the card itself, not to mention if you place it in a way to activate an arrow, hoping to receive that benefit and end up missing on both).

If your game is in Russian - please include a Russian translation of a card. This is much better than describing when and where this card was placed. I'll trace it back using a BGA system to the English name, that's no problem.
Regarding notifications, that's weird, BGA usually sends an email about every bug report update.
I'll check the details you included later but please create a new bug if you have some more problems with "2-feature scoindrels"
